I think the countries that signed the Budapest memorandum should step up and help Russians back to their borders. They knew the risks when they signed it. Doing nothing is as bad as Putins invasion.

Excellent interview, thank you. Absolutely right: there's no point talking about a ceasefire that no third party to the conflict will ensure is being observed. If you country isn't willing to send a military mission to enforce the ceasefire, then they should shut up and arm Ukraine to win. Otherwise russia will have no reason or motivation to sustain it regardless of any agreements it signs.
