Androgens cause hair loss and testosterone is an androgen, so yes it will cause hair loss just not as bad as dht but only if it’s already in your genes to have hair loss with androgens

Microdosing a 5α-Reductase inhibitor in vodka can help keep DHT levels to where they were before you start TRT. Blood work is essential obviously.

The doses people take of finasteride are way way higher that what is needed, and the side effects can be horrible and permanent.

Quick answer is yes you will lose your hair on TRT. Nobody in my family on either side is bald. All have full heads of hair. I'm in my mid 40's. I did a 500 shot in my shoulders for 5 weeks and after the 2nd week my hair started rapidly falling out in the shower. Each shower had double or triple the amount of hair at the drain. The only difference I noticed on it was when I worked out I got a huge pump like I was on roids. Also my libido skyrocketed to almost uncontrollable levels. I was banging my girl 2 times a day and still rubbing one out. Insanely horny. My c*ck felt like it was Excalibur and made out of lightning. But other than that, no energy gains and just a little more motivated to do stuff in general. I stopped after 5 weeks and went a little crazy mentally until my hormones got back to normal for about a month. Hair thickened back up after a couple of weeks too. I might try it again but at only something like a 200 shot once a week. Don't even waste your time trying to go to a Dr and asking for a 200 or higher shot. They won't do it.
