Been on TRT for 10 years, no hair loss until about a year ago. My barber ( super neat lady about 70 years old) told me to start rubbing castor/rosemary oil into my scalp every night. 6 months later I have at least 60% of my hair back.

I don’t have the genetic disposition for converting test to DHT at a high rate which is why I don’t believe it’s related to Jaír loss. However, when I started TRT, My hair absolutely flew off my head. 150+ hairs in the shower a day. It’s slowed down to about 15-20 hairs, but has half the volume it did a year ago. Before I started, never had hair loss. I wish I didn’t start, I know the benefits I received from TRT and they’re great. But I’m not so sure I feel as confident when I walk into a room knowing my hair has thinned. It’s a constant battle with me…
