This is an eye opening presentation for me. I intend to create a wholistic competency framework for my organization.

Key Learnings Include:
1. It is important to keep a competency framework simple and easy to use, offer training and coaching to employees and reward competencies on your team.
2. I now understand there are different categories of competencies: core, leadership, functional and meta.
3. In implementing a competency framework it is important to clearly define it, communicate, research before creating a draft framework.
