I do recognize that I have been in all three stages, at some point, in the past.

The video explains perhaps blind spots in competencies, for those developing working or training. And as someone who wants to do well and would like to improve upon, a past stage, However, there needs to be a person who describes what you're doing incorrectly to correct it, without that step it's not resolvable.

So probably some simple steps, person A needs some personal management skills to manage distractibility, person B needs to just to be guided on what skills are required, person C needs experience, to move out of their comfort zone, and try..

I also need to ensure that based on the description in meeting the expected competency scoring.

Attitude seems to be open minded I would say it would depend on context there.
