I can also recommend the cbepx-me (1.6) version. It has the same features but with somewhat faster updated inline to stock, and more themes.
What is more important is, flashing these modded firmwares can fix the partitioning issues on the OS-sd card, which limits the card to 4gb no matter how big it is. I would 100% recommend this over stock at any time.

Cheers for all the effort that goes into these. I was intrigued by Modified Stock and the FTP functionality looks great, but I'm really comfortable with MuOS (which I ended up trying after watching your video) so I can't see me jumping ship, especially with 64-bit on the horizon with the next MuOS release (and SFTP coming too!)

You can do theme changes in modified OS as well as PS1 and PSP performance improvements

This is great, but the drawback is that Anbernic releases patched firmware so often that this quickly becomes outdated.
