I had a different problem, but when you recommended closing "Media Lost" videos, I realized that I'd had a transparent box on my timeline that said "CANCEL if you want to export" (the first part of my timeline was darkened). As soon as I clicked cancel, my timeline that was highlighted dark became bright like the only part of my timeline that would export. I then was able to export the whole entire project! Not sure what I did to make it so that that part didn't export, but so relieved that I was finally able to export it all. I didn't bother to delete the "media lost" clips up in my imported files area, and lo and behold, they stayed on my video without me deleting them! So grateful!

Thankyou so much oh my days I got so annoyed when I'd just got finished editing a video for 2 hours and it wouldn't let me export and no other youtube videos had anything useful but your fix worked instantly. Thanks again mate defo deserved a sub!!

Thanks for posting the video, couldn't find the file in the timeline but I found it in the Media tab.
As a recommendation, it would be better to go straight for the fix and leave the new features review for a separate video.
