I love these exercises 2x a day 6 days per week. I feel soreness in every part that's highlighted in red which is really helpful. It's my journey; down 15 pds., 30 more to go. Thank you for the videos....❤

Хорошее упражнение, я сегодня в парке занималась, и это упражнение тоже делала. Мне очень понравилось. Одновременно и растяжка и работа мышц спины.
