Ingredients
1 oz cabbage, thinly sliced
1 oz onion, thinly sliced
1 oz carrot, cut into long thin strips
2 eegs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 Tbs room temperature butter
4 white sandwich breads
3 tsp sugar
2 sliced honey ham (optional)
2 sliced American cheese (optional)
ketchup
mayonnaise

This recipe is amazing! I didn’t have ham but figured I’d try it anyways and now...I’m gonna make it all the time. I bought the pre shredded cabbage ‘slaw’ and added more carrot and the other veggies. Absolutely in love with how easy and tasty this is! Thank you for sharing this bomb recipe!

i probably wouldn't add the sugar since i prefer savory foods but why is everyone so rude? the sandwich looks amazing and tbh dont knock it till you try it! i will add sugar a small part of my sandwich to try it out. korean food looks amazing and i love how much veggies they add in

I just made and am eating this right now, and let me tell you: I want another one. Lol

I didn't have cabbage on hand, but I was starving and needed a slightly unhealthy breakfast fix. I immediately thought of this recipe. I used zucchini and mushrooms in mine in place of the cabbage, and I added some sugar and sesame oil to my egg mixture. I also didn't put meat, and I used aged cheddar slices. And I cut down on the sugar sprinkled on the sandwich because a) sugar in my egg and b) it suits my taste. BUT I have made it the original way as well, which I loved. I'm missing the cabbage...

All I can say is that this is the best breakfast sandwich, hands down.

I made it this morning with stuff I had on hand. The casino I work gave us some produce do to covid19 while we are shut down. So I made it with slaw mix, fried onions, cheddar cheese, turkey, ketchup, mayo, and of course sugar. It was so good!

Note for anyone trying, cook at a medium high heat. The first one I tried didn't turn out correctly. Second one was near perfect.

I used Keypie Mayonnaise, a Japanese brand..very good.

It is good ! I just mAde it and my mom and sister loves it ! When I saw the sugar I doubt to add sugar or not so I did add it and I was good !! Don't doubt and add sugar ' trust me it was Soo good !
