I like the concept but I would have started with the bread getting a light toasting and the cheese on top of the ham getting warmed up a little, THEN do the eggs and put it together. If you don't it's going to be cold in the middle with that cold ham and cheese slice.

Adding some lightly grilled peppers and onions would add more flavor. And don't forget the salt and pepper!
