Check out what I ate on Thursday of this week to help with some ideas for inspiration! This is not to say you should eat what I eat, but simply to show you ideas for meals and snacks and encouragement to keep it simple! Sometimes seeing combos of foods together will inspire others to start with simplicity in order to maintain consistency and I hope that's what this #short does for you!

Breakfast:
Kodiak Cakes Flapjacks
Jimmy Dean Egg Fritatas
Strawberries
Sugar-free syrup

Lunch:
Jasmine Rice
Ground Beef
Shredded Cheese
Spinach
Grape Tomatoes
Pickles
Ketchup
Mustard

Snack:
Plain Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
Almonds
Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
Honey

Dinner:
Spinach
Chicken
Cucumbers
Grape Tomatoes
Shredded Carrots
Goat Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette

Late night Snack:
Double Fudge Brownie Yasso Bar

I am obsessed with these products and since I get so many questions on my favorite pre-workout and protein, I figured you guys deserve a recommendation that I TRULY LOVE!

Yay! Thank you for this. This is one of the rare what I eat in a day videos that doesn't trigger my ED, because it's healthy, balanced and shows you listen to your hunger cues. 🤗

I love to eat simple and this gives me new simple ideas I would ACTUALLY eat!!!! Most trainers / dieticians etc give you ideas & plans and I would eat maybe one of the meals..if that! Thank you for this! Would love if you shared more as time allows <3
