Holy freg I tried this I got all the proper pdr tools set them by my car went got one of the ol lady’s pots filled it up with the hose poured it on the dent and it freggin popped out didn’t need the tools at all I wonder if this works on rust as well

Truly amazing, the only reason I can think of is Bernoulli. A moving fluid has a lower pressure that static fluid. You run the water over the dent, that area will be a few mbar less that atmospheric pressure which is acting on the other side. A few mbar spread over a large surface area will equate to a large force? It's my theory and I'm sticking to it

I tried boiling water and a toilet plunger. Worked a treat and saved me a fortune vs the body-shop stealers who quoted me $400. Maybe next time you do this boil the water and don't leave it until it cools. I fail to understand how there is no steam or evaporation coming off your paintwork if the water used was actually hot. Next time also use a kettle as you may burn your fingers with those fingerless gloves. Having been ripped off so many times by cowboys who overcharge for bad jobs it really is much better to be a have-a-go hero than pay the so-called experts.
