11.5 million is a lot for everyday working people but nothing for these large corporations. Especially in Healthcare.

All employees need to be treated the same regardless of color of skin, religious belief, sex or political affliction

So does this case get stuck in the California Court of Appeals for the next 15 years? Then sent it to the Federal court system. US District Court, US court of appeals and US Supreme court?

I used to work at Kaiser Fontana, Ca as a new hire, and was terminated for my Ukrainian-American heritage. Some folks found fun in always going behind my back and ratting on me to the manager simply because of who I am (reasons that any new hire could work on and I was progressing). As an inclusive company which Kaiser is supposed to be and what’s going on in the world I feel ashamed to have worked there. The manager and others were highly supportive of me though. Anyone know a great lawyer? 🙏🇺🇦🇺🇸

No details about discrimination incidents were given, none.

How many ways does that money needs to be split though? And that’s on top of lawyer fees

I always say it's not the company, it's the people who are running it!

This is definitely true I made complaints about their discriminating practices.

Now they have to racially discriminate in order to avoid being accused of racial discrimination.

$11million divided by 2200 is $5000 for each person, sounds like a big win to me!!

POV- you’re a Black woman searching for healthcare options and stumble upon Trumps comment section.

Black including Africans should invest in starting their own healthcare networks and facilities then they don’t have to put up with discrimination or prejudice when they have their own doctors and nurses to deal with. Blacks had their own insurance companies, hospitals and clinics before integration. 👀

$11 million is not enough to compensate four employees w: Kaiser who makes billion dollar. So dumb that employers condone discriminate during this time and age when these employees put their lives on the lines during pandemic. What they went through at hostile work environment?
