it was confirmed by alan that the color gang is around 10-12. alan also said that red was like the younger brother of the group and that tsc was the eldest of the color gang so here's my take on it

tsc: 13
blue, green, yellow: 11 or 12; personally i think green is 12, blue's 11, and yellow's 11 or 12
red: 9 or 10
purple: 11-12
king orange: in his late 30s to early 40s
tco and tdl: late teens or early adulthood
victim: totally an adult, probably early 20s
