Today is a snuggle day! This session offers a beautiful blend of hip, core, and sideline work. All breath led, this practice is like a healing broth for your brain, body, and spirit.
We will MOVE today, but a couple of cozy items on hand.. can’t hurt. Bring a blanket or pillow if you like.

Snuggle up.
Give yourself grace.
Stay open to being moved.
Trust the power of your consistent devotion to showing up for yourself.

Day 17 ends with some breathwork and contemplation you won’t want to miss. Stay with it, till the end. You must. You must. The journey is the reward.

The second half of this journey is designed as strategically as the first half. Without thinking too much, what was your favorite part of today’s session??

I just wanted to share something that happened during this practice. One of my Great Pyrenees named Shaman always lies right next to the mat, usually with a paw on the mat or on me. Today towards the end when we were doing the deep breathing, he started breathing audibly with me and we were synchronized for a bit. I really felt him sharing his spirit with mine. I love that Adrienne has Benji there. That sweet canine energy is so special.

"Put your blanket around your shoulders like the boss that you are."

I love you Adriene hahaha. Thank you for making self-care cool! Feeling so good about being consistent, 17 is a big number :)

I see that many of the comments are from 10 months ago, but also that there some yoginis and yogis following this practice now. I'm grateful to have a community out there practicing "with me." Love peace namaste. I feel the energy and togetherness. 🙏 <3

I often feel like I have to save the “snuggle” practices for night time. Like I have to wait until later when I’ve “deserved” it. It was nice to start the day with a practice like this for once. I hope it’ll remind me that I don’t have to deserve self compassion

DAY 17 (DAY 353) Snuggle: The benefit here is taking all this wonder off the mat and using it in each moment of the day. While making coffee, I am aware of the "four corners of the feet!"

After yesterday's 'stumble-fest' - wobbling around trying to "ANCHOR' stylishly, like Adriene, this morning's practice was just the recovery I & RELAX until tomorrow. 🙏

Okay I admit today I didn't want to show up because I was having a lot of anxiety. But after rolling out of bed and doing this practice the anxiety has settled down immensely. Thank you Adriene, from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Thank you Adriene!! I have been following Yoga with Adrienne since 2011! At age 64, a diagnosis of cancer (leiomyosarcoma), major pelvic surgery and radiation prevented me from attending my usual yoga classes for several weeks - which is when I found Adrienne. Since then I have had three metastases - lung, rib, and now both lungs again - more surgery and more radiation (5” of 11th rib removed) and have continued to follow and NEED Adrienne, even when I did return to local classes. I not only follow her 30 day journeys but choose many others in between as needed. My doctors feel that yoga has helped my mind and body stay strong. Without Adriene I would not have continued my yoga practices. Now I am 75, and as todays mantra states…. I am strong. Again, thank you Adriene!

Arrived on the mat in my bath robe and pyjama bottoms only to find out today's theme is SNUGGLE.

We got a foot of snow up here in Ontario in the last 24 hours. It’s like she KNOWS we Canadians need this!

I really needed this day 17 snuggle. So freezing and blustery cold outside here in Fukushima, Japan. Thank you 🙏

How very fitting that my blanket has the quote “The snuggle is real.” It IS real. Self care and self love are real. ❤️

After a very tough day (1st day back to class for my kid amidst the increasing covid cases, stuck in the flood during a rainstorm, and facing difficult people at work), this one is a BLISS. Thank you Adriene, love you!

I got sleepy in late afternoon and now halfway through the evening still am. So I found today's practice so suitable.
Move day 17. 471 days in a row with Adriene.

I slept horribly last night, so this was the perfect gentle practice for me to do! Thank you Adriene!

Honestly, I was a bit worried about this one. Today I wanted to get in my 4 mile run and then yoga. I've been fine with my short runs and yoga, but it is a struggle to do both in the morning. With Tuesday's being a difficult day for me (run, yoga, work, cooking dinner for the fam), it's either I knock everything out starting at 5:30 am or it's not going to happen. I ran my four miles got setup to do Adriene's yoga practice and kept my fingers crossed: Let's just say that I was really happy to see that today's title was "Snuggle." It was just what I needed! thank you, Adriene.
