Just recently a week or two ago stumbled upon your journey and I’m rooting for you. In the process of having a transformation a second time around myself bud half assing it just enough to still have a steady set of progress.

Can’t wait to see what kind of reward the hard work and suffering will bring you

For the people who only know Freedom Units 26kg is about 57lbs and some change. Honestly don't see where you lost 57lbs on a shorter frame, but good on ya that is insane. If I lost 57lbs I would be a stick again.

I started at 6'2 (1.88m) 135lbs (~62kg) and last time I was lean (not stage lean) I was 195 (~88.5kg) at 11.5%. Currently 210lbs (~95kg) at around 15%.

Losing 26kg I would be feckin 69kg (~152lbs) and only 17lbs (~7.5kg) heavier than my starting weight years ago. That must have been one hell of a bulk.

Just wondering are you supposed to be hungry all the time when cutting or is it you because you are adjusting from your powerlifter stage?

Make sure to dehydrate before your competition, that’s how you make your muscles look more toned and defined because you drop your water weight a ton

What’s your height bro? I’m staying at 2200 calories too but that’s on the lower side to burn off fat. I’m 5’11 and currently at 206lbs with some love handles to lose still. No Abs visible yet but I’m praying the process will show them soon…like 3-6 months give or take. Hoping to have visible abs by the end of this year!

12.5k steps a day, 6 days a week of training and 2200 calories. That’s a huge deficit, make sure to get a bit of fats like a handful of almonds (anything that’ll keep your fat intake at least at 20%) just so you don’t mess up your hormones overtime. My one mistake during my cut was to completely disregard the minimal macros intake and it messed up my sleep at some point
