Honestly I don't mind being a smaller man I am tall and lanky I just want decent physical strength, enough to bench up 160lbs. I am getting closer I can bench 100lbs now but since I stopped long distance cycling I've gained weight and I'm having a harder time shedding the weight. Content creators like this remind the results are worth it.

You dont lose muscle that easily. Working from home on just body weights is fine to maintain as long as you are going to failure. People who goo up and down in muscle is a classical sign of steroids. I bet he got off roids as the gyms closed!

Bruh idk much but im pretty sure ur muscles get more stress at the gym obviously not because it's the gym but because u have access to more. Like at home no matter how much I curl and press my 10kgs ill eventually start losing mass cuz its not the same stress as in the gym. U hit a ceiling u wouldn't normally hit at home.

Isn't it muscle loss fat gain? It may seem like you haven't loss weight that much but that's just because you gain fat? Idk not an expert

Probs lost some muscle in the upper body though and body fat% seems to have increased a little. Just my opinion

With all due respect, that’s ridiculous. Nobody loses and gains that much muscle just because they stopped doing accessories. In fact studies have found compound movements to be better for hypertrophy and strength. Of course accessories have their place but not doing them doesn’t lead to such a loss of muscle.

Either you got off roids or stopped working out or eating right.

I didn’t think you were on roids before. But this makes me super suspicious.
