Egg salad: Boiled egg, mashed with a fork. Salt, pepper, mayonnaise, 1/8th tsp italian salad dressing. Mix with the eggs. Put the salad in plain white bread. yum.

He pronounces aioli really weirdly. And also, that aioli is really a garlic mayo. Aioli is an emulsion without egg. Just garlic, lemon juice, salt and oil.
