Why early treatments are ignored as one more tool to avoid hospitalization?

at my job we've been testing weekly since Nov 16th of 2020, those that choose to get vaccinated stopped testing- no one in my crew has taken the vaccine and we continue to test- not one person in my crew has got the vid, yet we see vaccinated coworker after vaccinated coworker catching it and quarantining for two week....
'they' keep telling us that its a pandemic of the unvaccinated, I guess my eyes are feeding me misinformation-

We have a few that were vaccinated in my ICU why are they making it seem as if it’s only the unvaccinated?

Funny he brings up South Africa, which has very low vaccination rates yet their hospitals aren't much

"we can't vaccinate our way out of it" then why is this being forced on us?

Okay... So now here is a question that I am sure a great many people are asking: Why are we seeing vaccine mandates when the "experts" themselves literally said, "we can't vaccinate our way out of the pandemic?" Stop this madness and let people go on about their lives! And you question why so many of us are skeptical of this "pandemic"?

Victim blaming, shaming, guilt-tripping, ostracizing, segregating. Why not work on therapies other than vaccines that reduce serious effects? What about nasal wash, ivermectin, vitamin D, and other methods that are showing promise to reducing severe illness when taken early on?

So he admits "we can't vaccinate our way outta this, " but then turns around and starts blaming the unvaccinated?🤷‍♀️

I’m in favor of the vaccine for anyone who feels they are risk, and since well over 99% of non-vaccinated fully recover, I’m in favor of them making informed decisions as well. The media drama is also entertaining to watch.

I’m just glad someone finally said openly that we can’t vaccinate our way out of this, that it’s about trying to bring down how bad the symptoms are when you do get it.

(Then it just turns back into fear mongering and separating people)

Why is my wait time for a PCR test 4 days in Mass? Why is the anti-body treatment on a 6-8 day wait? By that time it will be over on its own, or is that the plan?

How come States like Texas and Florida are doing the best and they have the least restrictions the lowest death rates and or the same and have the best economies. There's no category that you can take that can explain it away. Texas and Florida have proved the best way to do it. The most restrictive states have the worst cases and hospitalization and death.

This man ought to be ashamed of himself in regards to the away he speaks of unvaccinated people. Totally in unethical and immoral, shaming and blaming patients for their illnesses. Just pathetic.
