does this frimware allow you to calibrate the thumb sticks differently than stock OS?

Does anyone know how to key map continuous punch or hit in NES emulator? Like turbo ? I set it but it punch only one.

I've done back to stock OS, as Dreamcast and N64 emulation is very poor so far. once they iron out the bugs i'll give it another go.
