I agree, and you hardly ever hear that the shop clerk in question is an Italian immigrant to Switzerland and the shop owner is a close friend of Mrs. Tina Turner. One may wonder why Mrs. Winfrey didn't approach the shop owner at Mrs. Turner's wedding after this incident, because she was there too. Meanwhile it has become a subject of debate what really happened in this store. Swiss tourism authority initially believed Mrs. Winfrey and released an apology but things aren't that clear anymore.
