Your literal only merit is being slytherin. Which pretty much cancels everything else except being friends with Dudly. Seriously, being BEST friends with Dudly means your friends with a muggle and given the purpose of the Death Eaters... It doesnt really work.

Then again trelawney's prophecy says good but that might mean a good Death Eater, aka a proficient Death Eater. So, eh I'd probably recruit you if i were Voldemort. With one caveat utilizing Dudly's relationship to gain information about Harry.
