Dart Web Programming for Beginners: 01 Fundamentals of Web Applications

This is a documentation of my experience in learning web application programming using the Dart programming language. This is intended as a continuation of my previous series. If you don't know about any programming at all, please start there first, and maybe we can learn together.

Then vantage of using a programming language like JavaScript or Dart for the web is it that since it runs on it the browser, or, a better way to phrase it - the browser reads the list of instructions written by the programming language - the end-user is eventually downloading small data packages each time
This isn't, unlike compiled programs come out written in C/C++/C#/Java/etc, which are eventually binary files, which may weigh a lot more because of all the CPU/GPU Instructions are in that executable file
That's partly why, generally speaking, JavaScript and JavaScript-related languages are considered as "high-level programming languages"
