As a software engineer Guys who has designer friends you don't realize you cant work without each other designers may not do as much work but they do work a lot and are very creative the developer creates the organs and skeletons while the designers create the body and skin juat the overall outer layer be good to eachother and realise their job might not be as hard as yours but they do work very hard sometimes for long periods
