Sorry for my bad language here, but what da fuck were they thinking about to make us go through all those russian dolls folder within a folder within a folder within a folder and another folder! Not there in my install. The folder is completely empty. My issue is Microsoft chose to import favorites even though I instructed it not to. Where from, I have no idea as I did a completely clean install. Now I have hundreds of old favorites I'm left deleting one at a time. It really is an awful situation for the customer to be in. Why wlould MS make this impossibly difficult? Well, it is anyone's guess. Back to Chrome I guess...

I think you may have misunderstood my question. I know where the favorites folder is I believe. I just cannot find the favorites I want to arrange the bar folder.  With the bar I don't use the regular favorites anymore.
