If I understand your report correctly, this judgement will blow a big hole in the Gun Control Act of 1968, where this age group is prohibited from purchasing or possessing hand guns. This is a really big win for our 2nd Amendment rights!

The problem of the second amendment is that we have a multitude of courts all subject to political positioning. We have fifty state Supreme Courts and Federal Courts and District Courts and the Supreme Court SCOTUS. Not to mention the multitude of the appeal courts operating on their political interests and so we sit in a sea of courts individually handling individual cases. There is only one Second Amendment and if the SCOTUS would do their job properly, they would render a decision on the Second Amendment itself and clear up mass confusion yet they refuse to do so. They know what the Second Amendment says and they know what needs to be done but they refuse to act. The result is no justice and a continous attack on our Constitution by unelected agencies.

When I joined the Air Force, not once did they say that I wasn't allowed to train and use firearms during basic, tech school, or during deployments until I reached 21. The government seemed too thing I was old enough then.
