The problem with store-bough vinaigrettes is they often contain preserving agents & sugar.

Q) Why go to the effort of making a healthy salad & covering it with an unhealthy salad dressing...? ESPECIALLY when a delicious balsamic vinaigrette is so quick & easy to make!

In this vinaigrette recipe I have honoured the traditional 3:1 ratio (1 part vinegar : 3 parts olive oil).

In this salad dressing recipe, I’ve used 5 very simple & common ingredients.

Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Black Garlic peeled cloves, Salt & Pepper.

PRO TIP: If you want to change your salad dressing up a little, you could add mustard &/or honey to your vinaigrette.

Any balsamic vinegar dressing you have left over can be poured in a small glass jar, then stored in the fridge and used on your next salad.
