Vinaigrette recipe:
1 tbsp + 1 tsp white wine/champagne vinegar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Maldon salt
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup +2 tbsp EVOO

If you are having trouble with your vinaigrette emulsions breaking, you can add a dab of mayo. The mayo is emulsified and helps the entire thing keep structure 👌

Try fresh roasted garlic, olive oil from roasted garlic, apple cider vinegar and simple syrup. Simple but packs a flavor punch to the fridge!

Nice classic French technique. My favorite is (using the classic 3 to 1 ratio) dollop Dijon, 1/2-part aged sherry vin, 1/2-part fresh lemon juice, and whisk together. Then emulsify 2-part olive oil (or neutral oil) and 1-part extra virgin olive oil. Season with S&P, sweetener to taste (to balance the acid like honey or sugar), and optional things like some garlic and/or the zest of the lemon.

Ok, I’m intrigued never heard of white champagne so I’ve already ordered that and the mustard but this video ended up in my feed and this guy is hysterical. So I’ve been entertained and I’ll let you know how the vinegarette is.

I work for Chipotle and that is very similar to the recipe the Chipotle vinaigrette with some additives like the mustard
