First time I see someone using an actual frozen cup!

I believe the frozen cup is used to achieve cooling down the espresso to body/room Temps. It allows for a more complex tasting espresso (dare I say).

I have the issue that when in auto timer mode the time doesn’t synchronize the time with the app while the weight does...Although I’m in auto timer mode in the scale I have to start the timer in the app manually. Can you tell me how to solve that?
