🔺️ The Acaia Lunar scale 225$-350$ :

🔺️Acaia has a great customer support and after sales assist. You can contact them at anytime and get the help you need.
🔺️Acaia offers Firmware updates and their mobile application works with most devices 👌
🔺️It is well built, and with two years warranty, it is the perfect scale for a coffee shop working conditions.
🔺️It offers great customizations within the app and its updated firmware. It is an expensive scale, but for a reason.
🔺️We personally think that at 225$, the Acaia Lunar worth the investment. However, in Europe and some other countries, it is too expensive to pay 325$ for it.

💠The Felicita Arc scale 150$-200$:

💠It has a very clear and strong digital numbers, and it is much brighter compared to the Acaia's LCD Screen.
💠Wider body, which can easily fit two espresso cups. 🥂
💠it is well built and after almost two years of use, we did not experience any kind of trouble.
💠It has bluetooth connectivity, however, its application is outdated and barely usable.
💠Unfortunately, there is no way to reach out Felicita's customer service for any kind of help or assist. We sent many emails and messages, unfortunately, we got no response.
💠It has one year warranty, and it will be only valid in the store you have bought it from. We got ours from Aliexpress, which is basically with no warranty.

Overall, if you are able to get the Acaia Lunar for around 225$, and with their after sales support, it will last forever. Especially in a coffee shop, were the probability of accidental damages to the scale are higher.

However, if you are around Europe, where the Acaia Lunar can reach to 350$, definitely consider the Felicita Arc.
You can buy it for 150$ from Aliexpress, or around 200$ from your local specialty coffee store.

Both scales are super accurate, extremly fast, a pleasure to use, and a great investment.

Looks like the Felicita display is a little nicer / brighter, the newer Acaia's are brighter though?
I had a Felicita Arc briefly, and though it was really nice and seemed to work well but I also had a Hiroia Jimmy already I was used to, the size of the Arc is actually better for espresso (works with one or two small cups and without obstructing the E61s exhaust thing, or having to hang off the ledge of the drip tray!) But the Jimmy has a removable display which I like for weighing out like a big bowl of something, it doesn't obstruct the display and no chance of the bowl hitting the display part and throwing off the weight calculation. Also mine has a nice adhesive rubber pad installed so no fussing with a removable one.
I ended up reselling the Felicita Arc, but both the Hiroia Jimmy and Arc were about the same speed and accuracy which is probably the same as the Acaia here. I did read some posts about the Arc having issues sometimes and no warranty / support so I was a little worried but it sounds like there are likely many happy customers out there using them, people just talk more about problems rather than when everything is working as expected!

I start my timer when I pull the leaver. Is it wrong? Because the scale start the timer when the first drop touches it.
