IAM sleeping in 2hr increments mostly lately. I feel good but have nausea, vertigo, varying physical energy. I was getting ready to go to the lake, sat down for a second and fell asleep, lol. So I made home made mincemeat tarts instead, lol. All fruit, brown sugar and molasses, in tart shells, store bought.
