In the scenes, you just have to save another preset in the effect you're using. And then use that preset.

Thank you for the review of firmware update 4.0 for the Headrush Prime, Core and Flex. I got a Headrush Core on sale $100 off the original price for $699 last week. I also got the Kemper Player last week, which is being returned today. Please include more Headrush in your content.

I’m glad you made this video. HeadRush still has a ways to go to be on par with the others, but it’s definitely better than before. Sounded great in the mix though

I think to handle pedal settings changes by scene, you need to create a pedal preset with the settings you want then you can select which preset you want for each scene.

Superclone feature works great. Theyve definitely improved the cloning software. The trick ive found is cloning WITHOUT a boost infront, then adding the boost after the clone is established

Curious on how the core would copy it.

The criticism you have for the delays could also be applied to the reverbs too, like I only want a simple analog reverb. Other that I love my Flex Prime.

The Dyn Delay is what you want in a high gain tone. Feedback very low 5, 6, 7 mix between 15 to 23 for leads...and high n low cut it to taste....like you I've used all these units...but when you realize how to dial in this delay...no joke I swear it's the most harmonic friendly delay I ever heard lol

FWIW- sounded solid to me- nice work. I know I am a noob, but I am loving this update

09:05 save the effect's settings into new custom preset and then load different presets of those effects in different scenes.

For the blocks there needs to be a mode setting. Global or Custom < for scenes. You dont want one or other because thats a double edge sword you want the option.

The top end was darker, but a high end boost would fix that and they'd sound very close.

I mostly play amps but like to mess around with the digital stuff too. I've been a fan of Headrush's interface for a while now. I got a used Gigboard to play with a couple years ago and bought a Core when they came out. Unfortunately, the clones just don't sound as good as my ToneX and the built-in models just don't sound as good as my Helix. Headrush is so close to being as good as other platforms and I was hoping this update would put them on par. Although this update got rid of the artifacts I was hearing in the clones before, they're still not quite there. The Superclone idea is great and I hope Inmusic keeps the updates coming.

I appreciate your honesty! Can anyone confirm if the high sound latency issue has been improved with recent firmware updates? Some users reported up to 10-20ms of latency last year, which was concerning.

I was going to say, the Badlander had that gnarly fizz but the Headrush still sounded okay, much better with the OD.

I follow your channel and I love all your videos. For the scenes you can create two scenes per footswitch. Secondly with the delays the AIR Delay has a resonance filter which you need to turn down in the settings. You will notice there is a resonance frequency parameter and a mix parameter for that which are separate from the actual delay mix. That is what makes it sound right off the bat. The Again Delay has a modulation going on in the repeats. Also you do not need to add a separate delay pedal in the signal change. You only need to save the settings you want for a scene for that particular delay as a preset and assign those presets in the scene changes. I do agree with you that by default most of the delays sound weird because of the modulations going in the repeats which need to be dialed out.

being hooked to the internet or not it will save on the device as well as the web editor. it is an issue that one can override the other, but at the moment we have a editor finally. i use the knobs to sometimes when required to fine tune a setting. otherwise stick to using only the device setting methods or the web editor. when they iron it out it will be fantastic and hopefully recognize when the other makes a change, but not bad for the first editor they've ever made. unfortunate it doesn't currently support usb for editing, but you can pretty much do it on any device. again the internet is not the issue, more a expectation issue i found quickly and learned to work with and around for now.

How are you able to connect a mouse to the prime to do your presentation or is there separate app for that?
