Anyone else have an issue claiming the revalver suite from inmusic?? I open the inmusic software center, turn on my headrush prime, put in usb transfer and confirm it is indeed connected to my MacBook but it tells me "no hardware detected"

can i create clones and transfer them to the flex, core and prime within the software instead of the hardware cloning?

Hello, I had an email stating if I had a registered headrush prime I could get the revalver free so I updated it via usb and my computer but when I click on the redeem button on the inmusic software it says no hardware detected, the headrush hard drive will show up when I click on usb transfer so idk why it says no hardware detected, have you seen any errors such as this?
