HOW TO CLONE HDD to HDD

In this video, I will show you how to clone (or upgrade) hard drive. My 160GB Seagate is slowing down the computer. I think it's defective. I will replace it with a 500GB Toshiba hard drive without reinstalling OS and programs/games. Now, the computer runs much faster! :D

if you just are cloning a HDD to a HDD of the same size, do you have to manually select all the partitions to size them? or if you do nothing, will it clone the partitions as they are on the original HDD?

What if my current hdd's partition was splitted into two? Do I just split my new one as well and transfer my files in my 2nd partition to my new hdd's 2nd partition then just do these steps after?
