I really appreciate Stylebook! A tip for new users is: at first, only enter the items you know you wear most often. After that, only add items to the app when you wear them. That way, after a while, when you’re decluttering, if an item isn’t even entered in the app, it means you never wore it and you didn’t waste time entering it into the app.

I use Looks and I don’t use Cost Per Wear, so when I declutter an item, I’ll just replace that item in those Looks with an equivalent item from my wardrobe. I like that this also shows me that I have dupes or styling substitutes that would also have worked in that look so it’s not a loss to declutter less worn items. Or I’ll replace the image and information of a new item over a decluttered item (e.g. a white shirt that is stained that I’m decluttering, I’ll replace the image and info with the new white shirt I bought; this replaces it in all the looks where I used the old shirt — for me, it’s more about knowing how much a white shirt concept is useful in my wardrobe for future reference).

I also like Looks for when I see a Pin or Insta photo with a great styling idea using items I have in my closet: I have an Ideas folder in which I’ll create that outfit Look there and then with my items. When I’m rushing to get ready it’s neat to have those new Looks using my items to flip through with the “conversion” from inspo photo already done.

I also like the 'not logged on calender' option in stats, it helps to see what I havent worn ever since I bought it, or what I haven't worn in the last year or last 6 months, so I can either prioritise wearing that item or declutter it

As an avid style book user I’ve found ways to navigate issues. So my top tip is to create a file for ‘decluttered’ items and put all those pieces into that folder. That way they don’t take up space visually in your everyday closet. Also keeping a ‘Declutter’ folder helps you keep a history of your style and add notes to the item in stats why it didn’t work for you. Hope that helps with organising your wardrobe.

I just wanted to say that I just started using Stylebook after getting inspired from your video and so far I’ve really enjoyed it! It’s so much easier that the excel spreadsheet I used to use haha!

Dear Naja, I also use this app since a month or two and love it. I would like to give you a tip. In your stats you can change the range. So just make the range from when you decluttered. This will help you give a more clean look. 🥰

Hello. Do you still have the Evelyne bag? If so, what is your cost per wear till now? Would be great to see updating video on the luxury items in your wardrobe. Thank you.

Thank you for a great video. I really like using Stylebook to track my wardrobe - like you I love the statistics! Also love seeing the CPW go down 😉 I do use the Looks part, but create simple outfits without shoes and then outerwear outfits with shoes, jacket and scarf as I tend to wear the same combo for the latter. For me it makes it quicker add my clothes to the calendar. Also I can track if I always tend to wear the same shirt with the same trousers 😊
One question I've been struggling with is what to do with decluttered items? I saw you had a Retired folder, would you go more into details about what you do with decluttered items and how you use that folder?

Too bad this app isn't available in Android ;_;

Side note I find it so interesting that despite our ethnic differences we have a similar colour palette! I always gravitate to sky blue if not black lol. Also love wearing dusty pink. I'm coming to terms that I may prefer cooler tones over warm 😳

StyleBook only avaliable on iPhone..
I would LOVE to use this, as I have a gigantic wardrobe, but I'm not getting an iPhone to use this!
Can someone with an iPhone tell the author to make it Android compatable too? Or is there somewhere I can write to them?

fyi there's also similar app on Android (since stylebook isn't in Android), it's called Whering

Does it take ages to upload and remove the background from your items? Coz it did a couple of years ago and I gave up. Still using a basic spreadsheet without tracking CPW and am super jealous seeing how you have mastered the app!
