This video is focused on finding the specific or specified nth term of an arithmetic sequence or arithmetic progression given its general rule. This is another video in the series of math tutorial videos about sequences and series. This is usually taught in class 10 (grade 10 maths) or class 11 (grade 11 maths).
The video starts with a quick recall of the basic concepts of arithmetic sequences or arithmetic progressions. The recall includes the terms and notations for arithmetic sequences such as the nth term, first term, common difference and the like. It uses examples for easier recall.
