A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I had COVID that lasted a good 10 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I began to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.

Tight hairstyles from pulling my hair back consistently for over 21 years thinned my crown and widened my part. No one ever warned me and I had no clue that would happen. I am 44, it started at 37, but did not bother me until age 40, and now I see girls In Their 20s with what I had at age 40. 😳

This was an awesome little short 😊. I think they would be super useful in providing information on ‘what not to do’ for these conditions as well. Especially in the era of tiktoc short clips where I have seen way too many videos overstating the benefits of coconut oil or AHAs for everything lol.

What color LED would you recommend for hair follicle stimulation and are any of the at-home led kits strong enough?
I've seen some of these LED lights are only 3 watts, I'd think that you'd need a higher wattage so the lights are bright enough and penetrate deep enough. I could be wrong tho.
Some doctors are saying that the lower wattage systems are okay for at-home use because you're using them almost everyday they kind of make up for for it.

Thank You for your videos! I am 61 with hypo thyroid but I also have been wearing a tight ponytail. Its not too bad yet and I see some short hair coming out.
