I make the Jiffy corn casserole every year! My MIL called it "corn pudding" so that's our name for it. I like that it reheats well and keeps a few days in the fridge.

I shared this video with my daughter. She showed it to her eight and a half year old twin boys. They got so excited. They peeled and cut up sweet potatoes for my daughter. Then one of them made the Strawberry Pretzel Pacheco Dessert. When I saw the video, I thought how cool it would be to have that dessert as a tradition!

These rolls look so easy and delicious and I can’t wait to make them. My sweet potato casserole is very similar and is always a hit. I’m from Alabama and love dressing, but my husband is Canadian and only wants stuffing, and this recipe looks sooo easy and good, I’m definitely making it.

Hope you’re feeling much better. I have made all these recipes except the rolls. I think I will try them! The idea of making homemade bread always gives me anxiety but you’ve made it look so simple. If you like water chestnuts try adding them to your stuffing. It was a game changer for my family! Being in the south, of course we use a little day old cornbread in our stuffing as well. My family loves the sweet potato casserole.
