Idk why y’all don’t like this house. It’s beautiful. The master bedroom is small and cramped feeling, but nice and they were able to fit another bathroom in there so that’s pretty cool.

The title is a bit misleading, not so much, how to, as much as what we did. For instance, how the heck did you run plumbing for the bathroom? Did you completely skip the excavation of the concrete slab to the waste lines?

You ruined the front yard. Their patio is already beautiful. You just have to change the flooring that is too dark, but you also took away the 3 distinct pillars as you enter the corridor. There is no much improvement than "before." It is a "from 5 to 5, " instead of "from 5 to 10." You just redesigned it.

They put all the bad trends in this house: weird chandelier in the dining room, farmhouse sink and open shelving in the kitchen, basket light fixture in the bedroom, etc. Also, blondie said everything was “cute.” It’s a 2800+ sqft house and the rooms are huge. It’s not “cute.”
