No:
- dried fruit (high calorie, sugar bomb, preservatives)
- veggie chips (processed, fried, low in nutrients)
- cow milk's yoghurt (added sugar, casein A1)
- cashews (lectins, same plant family as poison ivy)
- peanuts (loaded with lectins)
- string cheese (casein A1, look for different types)

Yes:
- goat/sheep's milk yoghurt (without added sugar)
- coconut's yoghurt (no dairy, no lactose, MCTs)
- almonds (you need to remove skin)

Yes, I know.I used to eat bars made with date sugar but they began to give me hypoglycemic headaches. About yogurt: I get fat free sugar free yogurt made of cows milk.I would like to buy those other types of yogurt but I have never seen them for sale anywhere.

When I wanna stress eat I will Just slice big chunks of red cabbage .. I love the crunch and makes me feel full.. better than some big bag of chips. Bet u could season them too with healthy spices and Avocado

I use goat's milk and coconut milk yogurt!!!! Plus goat and sheep cheeses.

I personally have never seen dried fruit with sulfites, and I avoid sulfites, but IDK maybe

So... the 'good' options are unsweetened goat, sheep or coconut yogurt- at about 4 times the price of regular, and blanched almonds. Wow, SO many options, it's just overwhelming.

Peanut is good to eat as long you soaked them overnight, same goes with walnut and Almond! Ayurvedic they do the same!
