How to adjust and resize a Beaded Jump Rope

If you have any Dope Ropes beaded ropes, this video will show you how to adjust your jump rope!

Note, the same adjusting method applies to long handle beaded ropes. Just make sure to drag all the beads to one side so you can reveal the knot in the nylon cord. Note that long handle ropes sometimes have a bead instead of a washer to hold the cord in place.

Thank you. I just got my "Lauren Jumps" style beaded rope from Dope Ropes today. I'm glad it's longer than I need, but I wasn't sure how to adjust it. Now I know. On to jumping. 🙂

I’m assuming if there is a lot of excess rope, it should be cut?
