Hey, you really need to reread this book. It is really awful it. Emasculates men. It puts women in the masculine it's also a transactional way of getting sex. At the end of the day everyone needs all five. Maybe not all at once. Maybe a various times in our life. But we should be all communicating our needs safely with our partners. That's how you build trust. That's how you build an intimacy. That's how you build a relationship not being put in a box of who's giving who's receiving. It's got very little to offer if you really read it the right way.
