Awesome video, it is always so nice seeing the behind the scenes :) A lil tip for people who don't want to spend too much money on a ton of batteries for their cameras, is to get a battery coupler kit instead! That way your battery will never run out since it is connected to a regular power outlet. Doing this made my life so much easier and I did not need to spend time getting interrupted and having to switch batteries every hour or so. Obviously this works best if you are filming at home ;)

I think this video a great example of not needing the newest and best to have great shots. That old Canon with a good lens still produces amazing shots and realistically could be someone main camera.

I've been using webcams to capture my live drawing but I don't find the picture quality that great whereas your stuff looks way sharper and vibrant.

i just saw one of your videos (the one where you did colour studies using oil pastels) and was blown away by its production value! Which made me want to know more too (I had cameras but I didn't know how to set it up for overhead shots, so I just used a phone) but this has helped me so much!
Especially the parts where you said you use a specific lens for showing the texture and detail, and the tabletop shots from the side which make it seem like we're sitting beside you and witnessing it!
All of your shots are so thoughtful and you've inspired me to take better videos!!! Thank you for creating this.
