You’re always asking me about my sandwich/waffle maker so here’s the Blaupunkt (3 in 1 Sandwich maker)

So what’s in my protein batter?
1 cup gram flour or chick pea flour
1 cup plant milk I used soya
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn white pepper (less spicy than black)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tspn onion powder
1/2 tspn garlic flakes
1/2 cup chopped coriander
.
The waffles took 4min in the preheated sandwich maker and I added chopped spinach
.
The toast took 5min and I added baked beans, fresh oregano & chilli flakes
.
The toasties took 10min because I like them crunchy, I added cheese in between two slices
.
