I loved the stormy summer we had in Detroit this year. We had been in a storm drought for years it seemed, but I never had to pull the sprinkler out once this season. I’m also enjoying the early fall weather and I hope it’s here to stay.

I remember, back late 60’s, in ABQ, it snowed on Halloween night about six inches in two hours, we kept trick or treating but were frozen when we got home, this took place on Sandia Base, ABQ, NM.

I can remember a Halloween in the 20f back in the late 1970s, 77 into 78, and then a series of very bad snow storms in December, and January into February. In the Philly area.
