I’m getting older, my hips and lower back are getting weaker and much less flexible. These exercises look like they might help strengthen and stretch my stiffness out a little. Thanks!

I've never heard that before passive and active flexibility, that is very interesting.

Also the thing about awareness or ability to activate a muscle or muscle group. Over the years, there are quite a few muscles, I can pin point the moment, I could feel the muscle/became aware of my ability to stimulate the muscle and thus started doing the exercise correctly, before that i was only going through the motions but the correct muscles were not being activated. But I never thought of that as a thing for all muscles and other muscle like parts of the body that I don't have the names of at the moment.
