Destructive Day Care

The plaintiffs both worked for the defendant’s day care. They claim they witnessed abuse and neglect, and they reported it to the state. They’re suing for unpaid wages and punitive damages. The defendant argues there were no complaints when she took over the day care. She’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.
