Arizona Supreme Court allows 160-year-old near-total abortion ban

The state's Supreme Court has allowed a near-total abortion ban from 1864 to go into effect, only permitting care to save the life of the mother.

I'm not "pro-abortion;" I'm "anti-government control of bodies." But at absolutely minimum, when the conception is "non-consensual" or statutorially illegal (rape, incest, underage, etc.), this "ban" needs to be EXPLICITLY EXEMPTED to protect the victims AND the doctors.

Tired of these degree scales of law. It’s either allowed or not. Stop using words like strict, as if it’s ok to murder sometimes. The timeline of when just feeds the false claims that life begins at some time of development and not conception which is when all medical and scientific minds say life begins.

I love how the left jumps on the "my rights" train for abortion, but couldn't care less about your rights with the clot shot, free speach or especially your right to bear arms. The craziest part for me is abortion has never been in the bill of rights. It was only a surpreme Court ruling of roe v. wade.
im pro abortion, especially when it comes to disabilities, rape or incest.. but im also a fan of eugenics, so I'm probably not the most ethical guy to be asking. im mostly just amazed at how the left champions abortion.

Thank you for allowing me to develop from a zygote, to a fetus, to a newborn, to a toddler, to a child, to a preteen, to a teenager, and eventually into the adult that i am.
