When Arizona’s abortion ban first passed in 1864, the state wasn’t even a state, slavery was still legal, and women couldn’t vote. It was an entirely different time — or so we thought.

Remember this come November. The people there have a chance to make the majority opinion secure in their constitution, utterly erasing this decision.

1860s law. Hey Arizona! Good job y'all! Are y'all gonna reinstate slavery next?

Nothing says Backwardsville better than regressing 160 years.

For example: god forbid your 10 yr old daughter is graped by a family member, she'll be forced to carry and deliver that baby? Assuming she even survives that pregnancy. That's not traumatizing. 🤦 I predict that labor and delivery doctors will be leaving AZ next. Women will be driving long distances, in labor, to deliver. What could go wrong? I hope for the women in AZ who cannot move that there's a blue wave coming your way!

If a pregnancy happened to a woman struggling with suicidal thoughts and it was making it worse does that count as saving her life

How can you enforce a law when there wasn't even a state?

Everyone’s always saying “ Well what if a ten year old got raped.. blah, blah, blah”
1: Though it does happen it is a REALLY low percent of the world so stop using the same “argument “ of ten year olds being raped.
2: The child can have a regular birth or a C-section and give the baby up for adoption.

Mandatory vasectomies is a very viable
In terms of the big picture:
1. Stops unchosen pregnancy
2. Stops mental and physical life long scars on female children from unchosen pregnancy.
3. Stops young men from being held accountable to 18 years of child support by an unchosen pregnancy.
4. Stops fathers from going to jail for failure to make support payments.
5. Removes the need for social programs.
Which, in my opinion will, over time, result in every single child being a chosen child and the return of the family unit with fathers in the home to raise their children and to give their sons a hands on role model.
you know, the government can give women's bodies back.

I support the right to abortions, however I do think the states should be able to regulate them because the federal government should mandate state issues like roe v wade did
