I m was actually waiting 45 minutes and then on the phone 1 hour with their customer service trying to help me do this when your perfect video got it done in 2 minutes. I see the rep missed the step of choosing the right choice on 2nd reset screen. Thanks HEEPS!
NOTE: if your next screen after choosing 1st choice lands on a dead android and shows "no command" and stays there- holding the sound up and power key again will bring you to the 2nd screen he shows here where you pick white reset.
